Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for supporting our small business and purchasing products from Stagwood Homestead. In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange you must make contact via email with us at admin@stagwoodhomestead.com.auwithin 14 calendar days of your purchase. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrectly purchased items by the customer.

Due to the nature of some products we sell, we cannot offer returns on food or body products. However, if the item turns up damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, feel free to contact our customer support team at admin@stagwoodhomestead.com.au.

For all other products that may be damaged or of poor quality, to be eligible for a refund or exchange you must make contact with us via email at admin@stagwoodhomestead.com.auwithin 14 calendar days of your purchase. We will email with instructions for returning the product. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
